Retire PlanTerms of Service
Version 1.0. Effective 25 September 2026.
These terms cover your use of Retire Plan. Buying the planner or using it means you agree to them. Read them before you do either.
Who we are
Retire Plan is a product of Group Space, LLC, a California limited liability company, 4744 Telephone Rd. Ste 3 #225, Ventura, CA 93003. "We" and "us" mean that business. "You" means the person using the service.
What the service is
Retire Plan is a retirement planning calculator. You enter your income, your savings, your accounts and your assumptions. It projects your plan forward, runs it through every year of market history since 1871, runs random simulations of the future, and shows what came out. The website is retire-plan.app. The planner is my.retire-plan.app.
Not advice
Retire Plan is not financial, tax or legal advice. Every figure it shows is an estimate built from the numbers you enter and from historical data. The future will not repeat the past. Tax rules change. Talk to a professional before you act on anything you see here.
Your account
- One account is for one person. Do not share it, sell it or hand it on.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- You must be 18 or older to hold an account.
- Write to support@retire-plan.app if you think someone else has got into your account.
What you pay
You pay once, for the features named on the purchase page. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The purchase covers all future updates to what you bought. Some features are sold on their own, and the purchase page says so before you pay.
If the product does not work as described, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will give it. Write to support@retire-plan.app.
If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of asking us, your access ends.
Your data
What you enter is yours. Saved plans are stored on our server so you can open them on any device. You can export a plan as a file at any time, and you can delete your account at any time. The privacy policy says what we store and how long we keep it.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site. Do not resell the service or pass its output off as your own product. Do not attack the service, probe it, or try to reach another person's account. Do not use the service to break the law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account whenever you want, from the account page. We can close an account that breaks these terms. An account closed for breaking these terms is not refunded.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change in a way that affects you, we raise the version number at the top and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Fixing a typo does not change the version.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, and we do not promise that any figure it shows is right for your situation. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let us limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Ventura County, California.
Nothing in these terms waives a right you have under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act or any other right that cannot lawfully be waived.
