How to get help
Write to support@retire-plan.app. Include the email address on your account and what happened, so we can find the account and see the problem. There is no phone line. Email is the way to reach us.
What Retire Plan is
Retire Plan is a retirement planning calculator. You enter your income, your savings, your accounts and your assumptions, and it projects your plan forward, runs it through every year of market history since 1871, and runs random simulations of the future.

Refunds
You pay once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. If the product does not work as described, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and we will give it. Write to support@retire-plan.app. The terms set this out in full.
Forgotten password
Ask for a reset link on the sign-in page and we email you one. The link works once and runs out after an hour. Setting a new password signs out every other session, and asking for a second link cancels the first.
Deleting your account
Delete a plan, or your whole account, from the account page. Deleting the account removes your email address, your password hash, your acceptance record and your plans from the live database straight away. Copies inside backups age out within six months. We keep the record of the purchase itself, because tax rules require it. The privacy policy has the detail.
Demo mode
You can open the planner without an account and work through a sample plan. Demo mode stores nothing. Nothing you change there reaches our server, and nothing is kept when you close the tab.
